Requirements to Develop Oil Storage Terminal In Fujairah - FOIZ

Project Study (Feasibility Study, project presentation)
project Fund Allocation in UAE Bank.
Fujairah Trade License, if don't have need to Apply for it in Fujairah.
Due Diligence (Client company profile, strategic partners, project stakeholders)
Signs MOU with FOIZ to confirm the project Initial approval, The MOU will be for 6 months.can be extendable.
Engineering consultant, EPC contractor, PMC, Government approvals. Project FEED, etc...
Signs long lease rent agreement with FOIZ for the project land, this agreement is for 25 years extendable till 99 years.
