Requirements to Develop Oil Storage Terminal In Fujairah - FOIZ

  • Project Study (Feasibility Study, project presentation)
  • project Fund Allocation in UAE Bank.
  • Fujairah Trade License, if don't have need to Apply for it in Fujairah.
  • Due Diligence (Client company profile, strategic partners, project stakeholders)
  • Signs MOU with FOIZ to confirm the project Initial approval, The MOU will be for 6 months.can be extendable.
  • Engineering consultant, EPC contractor, PMC, Government approvals. Project FEED, etc...
  • Signs long lease rent agreement with FOIZ for the project land, this agreement is for 25 years extendable till 99 years.








Need to know for Developing Oil Storage Terminal In Fujairah - FOIZ

  • In TAQA we are focusing on two point of view, first we understand client requirements fully, then we design and plan the collective requirements based on the Fujairah Government standard, procedures and Government strategic future projects.
  • As of now the remaining available lands in FOIZ are very limited, that's why FOIZ choose carefully the accepted project. And they do the Due Diligence very precisely.
  • Partners and Supporters are very important in this type of projects, and your partnerships should be documented and authentic.
  • finance is very crucial in tank terminal projects, and consider the focal point for the approval from FOIZ, so need to secure the project fund from reliable sources, and better to deal with well known banks.
